Updated Demographic Study

On Ocober 30, 2007, the Board of Trustees received an updated report from SchoolWorks, the independent demographer selected by the district to provide an analysis of enrollment trends and our projected enrollments through 2014.  The information presented demonstrates that our trend of declining enrollment will continue.  It is projected that over the next six years we will lose an additional 1000 students, with an estimated enrollment of approximately 5581 students in 2013-2014.  This data will be integrated into the district’s school consolidation planning for the 2008-2009 school year.
