Grades Alliance

Each year, the California Middle Grades Alliance (CMGA) recognizes outstanding leadership and commitment to California's middle grades. The school board and superintendent were honored on February 28, 2008 in Sacramento. They were nominated by one or more middle school principals; each nomination was endorsed by another administrator within the district.

This recognition acknowledges the critical support the school board and the superintendent provide to implement and sustain focused reform efforts that promote student achievement in the middle grades.
