May/June Update!!
Happy End of the year! Where did the year go? We are now on our last full month of the school year. I would just like to thank all of the students and families of Evergreen for a wonderful year. We have had such a great year in Room G-4. I want to wish everyone a great summer and all the best in middle school for next year. You can always find me (wherever I am) and visit anytime. Thanks for all the great memories J
Any student who made $100 or more for the Walk-A-Thon will be treated to fun for Rewards Day on Friday, May 8th. There will be a Creekside Parent night on Monday, May 11th @ 6:00pm. There will be a School Board Meeting on Tuesday May 12th @ 7pm at Creekside. Family Fun Night will be Thursday, May 14th @ 6pm (Sock Hop). The Creekside band concert will be on Friday May 15th (time TBA). Fifth grade will be walking over to Creekside for their orientation on Tuesday, May 19th. The students will be presenting their completed State Projects on Thursday, May 21st. There will be no school on May 25th for Memorial Day. I can’t wait to see everyone at Open House on Thursday, May 28th. Get those roller-skates ready, because Wednesday, May 27th is Cal Skate Night. On Friday, May 29th is Time Warp Day at school (dress 50’s, 60’s, 70’s or 80’s). Field Day will be Tuesday, June 9th. End of the Year 5th grade celebration will be on Wednesday, June 10th. 5th Grade Promotion will be on the last day of school (June 12th) at 9:00am. The last day of school will also be a minimum day. I hope I covered everything J Have a magnificent May and jolly June.
