OUR MEALS
Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District meals are healthy, tasty, and affordable. We take pride in our menu creation process. We actively solict feedback from our students to help ensure that we are serving food that our students love to eat!
LUNCH:
We offer both hot and cold lunches. Every lunch includes fresh fruit and vegetables, a healthy carbohydrate and lean protein, and 1 percent lowfat milk.
BREAKFAST:
Our breakfasts consist of primarily whole grain products. Breakfast also includes a choice of fruit, 1 percent lowfat milk, and orange juice.

Food Standards

We work hard to ensure that we are serving high quality, fresh and healthy foods to our students. To achieve this, we uphold strict food standards and openly disclose them to parents, teachers, and students.

Every breakfast and lunch is served with fresh fruit and vegetables.

Our milk is rbST and hormone-free and our meats are hormone and antibiotic free.

Our food is prepared daily, we do not serve fired, overly processed, or microwaved food.

We do not sell or serve any food item that as part of the manufacturing process has in any way been deep fried, par fired, or flash fired.

We use Whole Grain Products whenever possible.

Good Nutrition and Learning Go Hand in Hand
Foods and beverages sold or served at school meet the nutrition recommendations of the U.S. Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

The Food Services department is made up of a team of professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.
