Construction Contracts

The Facilities Department under the direction of the Office of the Superintendent oversees projects throughout the district. The Board of Trustees developed a Facilities Master Plan beginning in January 2013 that included extensive input from staff, parents and community members. The Plan outlined approximately $240 million dollars of needs on campuses across the district. This is in addition to the general mandate to keep all district sites and facilities in good repair. Ongoing projects are funded through a combination of bond and general funds based on need and purpose.
