MANDATED EMPLOYEE TRAINING

AB 1432 - Required Annual Training of Mandated Reporters

On September 29, 2014, Governor Jerry Brown signed AB 1432. This new law went into effect on January 1, 2015 and requires all California school districts to annually train mandated reporters on their child abuse reporting obligations under the law. This training must be completed within the first six (6) weeks of every school year.

SB 1343 - Sexual Harassment & Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

Instructions for Completing Training Courses:

All District paid employees are required to complete these mandated training courses. To facilitate this requirement, we are providing an online training option. The link below will direct you to the Target Solutions Training website where you will be prompted to login:

The Target Solutions mandated training courses are approximately 30-60 minutes in length.
Completion of the training is recorded so there is no need to provide a copy of the certificate to HR. You may want to keep a copy for your own records.
