District Process for Input and Data Gathering:
In the 2013-14 school year, the district worked with Key Data Systems to complete a comprehensive needs assessments. In March 2013, a Local Educational Agency Plan was developed to address the findings of this needs assessment and submitted to the California Department of Education for approval. In addition, the district completed a state audit of its federal programs and revised its English Learner Master Plan to ensure alignment of English learner services to federal expectations. Parent and staff input was solicited throughout the needs assessment and plan development process. These documents are the foundation upon which we began our work on the LCAP.
